The unemployed have enough to cope with without more rethug class warfare! This proposal is barbaric and a clear violation of the fourth and fifth amendments. Most of these so called 'representatives' must have missed the civics class where the bill of rights was discussed! Either that of they just don't care about the rights of the unemployed and other citizens down on their luck!
