IMO Nobama could care less about American jobs, he supports everything Mexican. Contact your elected in D.C. and explain how Nobama's continual skirting of Congress is not acceptable. I personally know 2 former drivers who've been out of a job for over 2 years. When Mary Peters, former Transportation Secretary gave access to the MX trucks, the Teamsters Union successfully put the skids on this, however, where are the Teamsters now? I've already called the local Teamsters telling them they need to stop supporting Nobama and stand up for America!

I totally agree with you. He claims he is concerned about jobs and then allows Mexican truckers to replace our truckers. He claims he supports Unions and then throws the Teamsters Union out with the bath water. Obama doesn't care about jobs for our unemployed; only how they will vote. IMO It doesn't sound like a winning position to me, but voters keep proving me wrong.

P.S. My local reps all know me.

Oh joy, more death and destruction coming to the USA for the benefit of 'glorious' Mexico. Obama is quite obviously insane.

How is this allowed to happen? More Americans are going to lose their jobs. How is this going to help our nation? Obama is crazy if he thinks this is going to help him get reelected. BTW the nationwide unemployment rate went up again. What recovery? It's all lies.

How will the Teamsters Union react to this ruling? From what I've seen in my lifetime, they will for sure create problems for the mexican trucks.

I agree, less jobs (milage) for our truckers. Hopefully the obstacles are too great to master.

The Teamsters will probably see them as new dues paying members.

The free trade treaties are exactly the problem that led to our economic issues now. At least part of the problem. We can not allow their truck in our roads because they don't follow the laws of our trucking companies. Further, they take American jobs and what does a lower price matter if you have no job.

I remember years ago politicians and businesses saying they wanted to open up new markets. But the markets were poor and had no money. So they decided to give them some jobs. Pretty poor judgement unless you owned or a stockholder in the big companies. Thats probably when they got the idea "hey we can make WIDGETS here for a lot less. Lets make them here and ship them back to America. Opened Pandoras box so to speak.

Last time Mary Peters did this the Teamsters started Fire Mary Peters, but it's election time. Aren't the Teamsters supporting Nobama? E-mail your representatives asking will these be jobs saved or created in regards to the Labor Dept's reports? It's very frustrating watching our country become Amexihole. As for the background checks? Oh please I wonder which a/k/a they'll check?
