After decades of overspending, it seems that NOW congress is getting leery of spending money they don't have. I just wonder what is going to happen since it seems they don't want to touch the budget until after the elections in this mid-term year.

I don't know how much my vote will mean, but I plan on voting every incumbent out! I have to make sure my household stays within budget because credit cards and borrowing money won't get money in my savings account or secure my retirement. These bozos need to stop spending money they don't have!
