TUCSON, Ariz. - Lawyers for the man accused of shooting former Rep. Gabrielle Giffords are asking a federal appeals court to rehear arguments over his forced medication.

LOUGHNER, THE PATSY, COULDN'T SHOOT A GUN, MUCH LESS SHOOT 26 PEOPLE IN 6 SECONDS, BUT THE PROPAGANDIZED WADDIES IN THE USA CANNOT REALIZE THAT.
