Could it be that Frank Pallone, a Democrat from that home of eminent domain abuse, Long Branch, is concerned about U.S. Attorney Chris Christie's 100% conviction rate for corrupt politicians and officials? I hope Chris Christie stays in office until every last corrupt politician official in New Jersey is behind bars.

Pallone's remarks are clearly political. The question is what rules prohibit him. Informal inqueries are hardly grounds for concern. Moreover, if judges can legally stand for election and relection there must be more than gas bagging rhetoric to impune the process. When Pallone calls for the release of Corzine - Katz emails and disavows Corzines use of Unitary Executive Privilege to hide misconduct, then Pallone can talk.
