As a lifetime union member, I watched unions throw their weight behind candidates in every election.
When their candidate got elected, he turned around, bent them over and let them have it.
The union response has always been to grab the KY, drop trousers and say "slip it to me."
They consistently get screwed and always come back for more.
Just like major corporations and politicians, the upper level union leaders care little for the voters, only themselves and what they can get out of it.
