I guess there are some Dems who want their political careers to last longer than Obama's one term in office. They value their jobs more than their socialist beliefs

obama's deceit and dishonesty are catching up to him. His health care plan will cost $400 billion minimum and there is no money to fund this fiasco.
Most Americans won't be covered by obama's plan and will still have to pay for their own health care insurance.
The public was warned not to elect a rookie to office and now they're realizing that obama has no background in leadership, in organization, in planning, in budget management, or in world affairs.
The public voted for Santa Claus and now they realize that Santa Claus is make believe.

The Blue Dogs need to keep biting. I just hope they won't lay down and roll over. If they do we'll feel the screwing for a long time. Rape might even be a better term.

I don't trust any of them and I won't be surprised if they lay down and roll over. I see another middle of the night, right before they leave for vacation bill signing. My TV is really starting to get a complex with me yelling at it all the time.

They certainly value something:

Significantly more money
A look at career contribution patterns also shows that typical Blue Dogs receive significantly more money -- about 25 percent -- from the health-care and insurance sectors than other Democrats, putting them closer to Republicans in attracting industry support.

If the representatives that we the American people elect represented US,, the health care issue would be put to rest until this countries ailing economy is back on its feet... but then,,, Barack is purposefully destroying the economy so that would be NEVER!

After all the insurance companies are forced out of business we will have more people on the unemployment rolls. What about our life insurance and homeowners insurance and car insurance? Did people pay all those years to end up with nothing when they close the doors? Will my son not be able to have money to cremate me when I die? I think a lot of questions aren't being answered.

Lets face it, we have a bunch of crooks in Washington, who are above the law and who cover for themselves rather then digging for the truth and stopping corruption.

There's a very good reason why ACORN is going to be doing the 2010 census. You take all the Hispanics that obama wants to make legal citizens and then spread them around all over the country to the heavy republican districts so they can vote there. They're getting everyone registered that they think will vote for obama. The sad part is we're paying them to do this. We need to go out in our districts and get people registered, offer to take them the the voting polls and have the younger generation work with the high schoolers who will be first time voters. You can go to your local GOP headquarters and they can give you info. I did this last fall and a lot of democrats were voting republican. Everyone please help all you can. It's fun and rewarding.

And in their efforts to avoid “medical losses,” the industry term for paying medical bills, insurers spend much of the money taken in through premiums not on medical treatment, but on “underwriting” — screening out people likely to make insurance claims. In the individual insurance market, where people buy insurance directly rather than getting it through their employers, so much money goes into underwriting and other expenses that only around 70 cents of each premium dollar actually goes to care.

You remember all that when you have to start standing in lines at the Walmart pharmacy along with the whole country. Better pack a lunch and bring a lawn chair. That's why walmart is so giddy about this plan. They're rubbing their hands together thinking of all the money they're gonna make. They'll have the market on the meds and we'll all be so poor walmart will be the only place we can afford to shop. People need to wake up and smell the coffee. Don't sell your country out to a bunch of rich lying politians just because they're telling you what you want to hear. You're not going to be able to pick up the phone and just get a doctors appt. You're not going to be able to get the meds your doctor thinks you need. You'll be on a waiting list just to be told the government says you can't have that. We need some kind of health care reform but we don't need the government running it. Have you seen the chart of how many departments in DC the paperwork has to go through for a persons Doctor appt. Be careful what you wish for.
