It is very articulate op-ed piece on the possible implications of possible recognition of the so-called Armenian genocide.

As the author Kalyoncu suggests, Congressman Frank Pallone should give up rhetorical arguments about the history, let alone other nations history, and work hard to create more jobs for the Americans.

If he likes to take lesson from history and condemn the mistakes, again as Kalyoncu notes, he does not have to look for material for such educative purpose elsewhere other than the American history.

"It is a very articulate op-ed..." Oh really? I bet you it sucked.

Anyway, I can't read it because your link didn't work. However, judging from your comments I can tell that you liked the what that author had to say because it pro Turkish and side steps / marginalizes the Genocide issue.

Am I right? C'mon admit it.

You have no right to compare yourselves with the US. They don't deny what happened to Indians. Native Americans are portrait as noble honest people in the American culture. And last but not least the native americans got reservations (autonomous, independent territories) within the US. When you do all this including giving Armenian land back to Armenia then you can talk. A nice reservation around lake Van would be just fine by me for now. We'll talk about the rest later. Ok Pumpkin?

What the hell are you talking about? It is impossible to have a normal conversation with you idiots. I'm talking apples you are talking oranges. Is there anyone in this God forsaken culture that has an IQ over 5?

MY POINT IS YOU CAN NOT COMPARE YOUSELVES WITH ANY OTHER NATION. YOU ARE THE LOWEST OF THE LOW AND YOU KNOW IT. THAT'S WHY YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO "INSULT TURKISHNESS". YOU ARE SO GOD DAMNED INSECURE ABOUT YOURSELVES YOU WILL NOT EVEN ALLOW CRITISIZM. THAT'S THE WHOLE COUNTRY.

If you call a thin person fat they don't get offended they just laugh at you. But if you call a fat person fat they get offended. If you have any brains what so ever you will deduce the rest. If not ....

ULAN Yarrak ali,
Did you not get my message? I understand you very well. You represent your turkish government`s policy. You want to move on and live in peace from now on in the region, without recognising other`s rights . You come, you conquere by force, you massacre and ethnically cleanse and then you want to move on and live in peace.
As long as ARMENIA is alive, things definitely will be different in the future.
As you seem to be more educated than semih hoca ,I am sure you are aware of the genocidal existence of todays turkey. Instead of denialist bullshittings on these forums ,teach your people of the realities
so that we can all live in peace.

Anyway, I'm glad you're back...semih hoca was getting old. We need some new tartar trash around here...you'll fit the bill just fine.

Talk to you soon shit stain...give my regards to Mrs. Righteous.

okay i really dont understand.
Do you Turks acknowledge that the genocide happened and just want to move on anyway, or do you deny that the genocide happened and want to move on???
Because if you believe that the genocide didn't happen why is it such a big deal to talk about it? A person with a clean conscious shouldn't mind being questioned.

Vay righteous bozuntusu, vay.
Why you call me the scum of the earth. My proud nation has been very beneficial to the world society. Tell me which nation or people in the world do not like Armenians? And also tell me who likes the bloody turks? It is you and people like you who are the scum of this earth.
Besides, where have you been all this time? I must have hit the nail on the head and yes you are right, I have come to the right place.
I do not look for trouble, look for justice.
And soon it will come.
