The manufacturing has already left. and not returning. There is only about 5 % of manufacturing left of what we originally had. And tax payers you are paying for those jobs and manufacturing plants that are going to china and else where with tax breaks. There is no future for manufacturing in this country as it has already left the states. Just wait till the Republicans change the laws on letting the states file for bankruptcy and see how your retirements and 401Ks are effected. Saw this little item on the news on MSNBC 12/27/2010 on the kieth oberman program. Some elected republicans were talking about changing the law to let states file bankruptcy. Wonder how this will effect Wall Street, and the bonds that states, cities and counties sell to retirement plans. and individuals. And the unemployeement may also go up as jobs in the teaching, fire and police fields disappear due to lay offs and contracts for wages and benefits are cut due to bankruptcy. All the country will be effected as most states are in huge indebted ness as is the federal goverment. this is going to be like a snow ball rolling down hill, getting bigger and bigger if it happens. The big question is-- will it happen after congress goes into session after the first of the year?

Now down here in Texas the governor has his tax giveaway to the rich--- to create companies and create jobs, but there are many flaws -- no over sight by the goverement or the public, all moneys givien to the rich for jobs and company creation are held in secret, that is to protect the companues screts and the panel that does the decision making on who gets the money is kept in secret. I guess the only people in the know are the governor the panel making the decision to give the money away to. Now liberal that is how we do tax changes in our tax structure in the Great State of Texas. At least that is my understanding of how we do tax structure changes works in Texas,And of course several of the recievers of that change in tax structure are donors for re-election campaigns. So far I have not figured out if I am elgible or not for those same tax payers money, but I am working on it. LIBERAL, i UNDERSTAND THEY HAVE A TAX GIVEAWAY TO THE RICH IF THEY BUY A BIG ENOUGH BOAT IN Missouri.
