Glad to have him back. He is one of the long-serving members of Congress and has a record of constantly fighting for people who have been not been given a fair chance, and for high principles, instead of for money and prestige. Thanks to his district for re-electing him. The idea of term limits is crazy - but what makes sense is to not automatically let a senior member of Congress chair a committee. He is a good Chairman, if he is healthy enough to do the work. Otherwise, he should let another good one on the committee take over until he can take the burden and responsibility, without tiring himself.
