The Internal Revenue Service 's special scrutiny of small-government groups applying for tax-exempt status went beyond keyword hunts for organizations with "Tea Party" or "Patriot" in their names, to a more overtly ideological search for applicants seeking to "make America a better place to live" or "criticize how the country is being run," ... Who are these initiated by low-level workers in Cincinnati IRS office they are blaming this on and why did they do it if not for political reasons. What do you bet they are a bunch of Obama voters.

I am curious?

Were the tea-bag and 'militia' groups actally involved in politics?
I think so, but that did the IRS find?

And, how about the 'non conservative' groups investigaterd?

More importantly...
How does this cmpare to the ACORN scandle?

More laser-like focus on jobs and the economy from the Republicans.

When you obviously can't herd enough cats together in your own party to remember that policy-making and representing your districts is your actual job, scandal seizing is really all you have left.

Why is that?

Political action groups, not doing tax exempt activity; but applying for tax-exempt status.

If Obama's head don't roll for Benghazi, it will certainly for this. I compare Obama to OJ Simpson. He might have gotten away with murder, but they threw the book at him for armed robbery. Very similar situations except that Obama may suffer for the murders in Benghazi also along with Hillary and the rest of the cursed, lame, crippled democrat party beside his extreme prejudice in using the IRS to steer elections. He is putrid and people will be steering clear of Obama and leaving the democrat party much sooner than you'd think. They are too dirty now. Disgraced and too easily made fun of for being blind and immoral. Diminished and partially disabled.

What if it was a Republican Administration targeting the Center for American Progress?

By your logic, that would be ok?

BENGHAZI is much worse for Obama than even the discrimination of the IRS scandal. They are both very bad though. Democrats are reaching for straws to defend him and are coming up empty. It's a long way down for the Golden Boy from here. The higher up on you are on the ladder, the longer the fall. The descent has already begun when Media Matters is forced to report on it.

Conservative groups target liberal groups.....liberal groups target connservative groups...understandable

But when the IRS does it..it's not OK, dkhead. It's a seriouos violation of the law.

Max Bacus....liberal democrat from Montana:

These actions by the IRS are an outrageous abuse of power and a breach of the public's trust. Targeting groups based on their political views is not only inappropriate but it is intolerable," the Montana Democrat said in a statement. "Americans expect the IRS to do its job without passion or prejudice.

Secret tapings, IRS, lying to the American people...

This administration is totally out of control. You're excuses for them are running out of steam with most Americans, including democrats.
