What a waste of money. It's only useful if it can make Travis more fuel-efficient, which is hard to imagine without a different fleet of aircraft. The only thing I can think of is using rail instead of truck to bring cargo, and electric rather than diesel vehicles on the base. I'll take my $400k now, please.

Hear hear!---What a waste. They've been pouring money into Travis only to waste it again. In the 90's they built housing. In the 2000's they tore it down!

They've been pouring money into digging up travis, filling it in and digging it up again!

We need some tip of the spear to fight a war against crazed civilization hating MUSLIMS, not whacko enviromentalists digging holes and filling them in!

Garamendia and Tausher are traitors and scumbags!
