3, Bullshit. GW Bush was an incompetent wet-brain, surrounded by grubbing thieves; but he was no murderous deliberate mass-murderer.

And yes, the Congress, especially the GOP, are gutless. But there are plenty of gutless Democrats, and clueless tea-partiers.
