I can't believe that cell phone use while driving hasn't been banned yet. Every day it seems to worse. People are making turns with one hand, no turn signal and smoking a cigarette. They even come off the ramps at a high speed on the cell phone and pull right into oncoming traffic while talking and laughing. The light turns green and they are either talking or dialing and sit there. There are way too many cars on the road as it is without having this problem going on.

If we drivers can't use our cellphones while driving, then cops can't use the computers or radios while driving too. The law is the law and it applies to EVERYONE - cops included.

I can't believe they aren't banned yet either. Or for that matter why isn't smoking, listening to the radio, looking at people in other cars, eating a burger, or talking to the person next to you in the passenger seat? They are all distractions and all of them cause accidents. Another idea might be to hold the person who caused the accident responsible - but wait - that is the way it is now.
