Yes, Madam Secretary, it matters. The problem was not that you couldn't save our Ambassador, and others in Benghazi. The problem was that you didn't even try. Then to further prove your incompetence, you lied, over, and over again. There is no place for you in our Government, not now, not ever.

The U.S. African Command twice offered Amb. Stevens
additional security, but he declined the offers.

Shhhhh, don't tell that to the Republicans.
It just doesn't fit in with their witch hunt

in fact, within minutes of the attack the white house was informed and the military was moved into action and hillary called the CIA to make sure their assets in country would help, those are the guys who were there within 45 minutes...

why are you even attempting to talk about this issue still, gramps? you were the fool who thought the US tried to cover up the fact that there were actually survivors of hte attack for months!!!!

you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about on this issue, or any issue, as you have also pointed out..

take your alzheimer's pills, gramps.. not that that is the problem, you were stupid whn you were young, weren't you?

The more information we get the louder, and longer the Administration people lie, and prove their incompetence. They cannot lie their way out of this situation. We aren't going to give up until every truth is known, and we lay out the whole sorted disgusting mess. What they did to keep Americans from knowing how incompetent the SofS, and the President are, and what total failures their policies were in Benghazi is far worse then anything Nixon did in Watergate. It isn't that Clinton, and Obama did something so inept as much as it is they did nothing at all to save the Ambassador, and the others.

I taped the whole hearing so Democrats cannot come back and say he said this or that. He said what he said, to help Obama in the election he, and the SofS stood down, did nothing, and our people died for no reason at all other then to save Obama's worthless hide. He will get away with it, but everyone knows, every American knows how despicable Obama, and Grandma Hillary really are, and they will be judged by a higher power then Republicans.

Something in the water at the White House to make folks lie?
_ Cheney/Bush needed to steal Iraq's oil for Halliburton, so they told Americans that Saddam was behind 911 and Iraqis had flowers and Iraqi virgins waiting for our soldiers over there.... Lie!

YOU HAVE NO SHAME!

_ Not counting Negroes and others, hundreds of White soldiers died because of Cheney's lies. Pussy-Cat, here, and Fox News actually helped Bush pushing those lies down our throat...

_Now, trying to make White folks mad (Obama caused White Men to die), Fox News and GOP crooks are putting spin on Benghazi and the Fast & Furious situations for their political gain....

The hearings are still on, in case the fibbers about what's being said would like to hear 1st hand rather than progressive blogs.

Rep Cummins just admitted the response teams after Benghazi was attacked were sent to Tripoli, not Benghazi.

Gen Lovell opines the plays were being called by those above DOD.

Ouch.

Marie Hurd made Jay Carney sound downright conciliatory by comparison during her State presser. Even the media started calling her out for her demeaning attitude.

Gen Lovell seemed truly uneasy with having to speak against his superiors in DOD and State. He repeated numerous times his only motivation was to ensure politics didn't interfere with mission again.

You have some nerve calling that man a 'retread general'. Lovell was a Air Force Brigadier General in J2--that's the Joint Chiefs of Staff level of Intelligence corps, Counter-Intelligence in his case.

"Lovell's testimony is the first from a member of the military who was at Africa Command at the time of the attack. Lovell was deputy director for intelligence at Africa Command." http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2014...

I'd say he has first-hand information, you dumb-ass.

As a veteran myself, I think you should keep to your job of scraping chewing gum off sidewalks and stop slandering our service men, especially if you didn't have the nads to enlist yourself.

You're disgraceful, and a disgrace to the Corps (giving you the benefit of the doubt that you really aren't lying about it).
