I agree completely, I do have more to say though, Our economy in San Juan County is primarily Energy, Rep. Lujan seems to be stuck on the fence between Greener Energy and Energy from Fossil Fuels. I understand the need for Greener energy but until we have the technology completely in place we need to be able to produce energy the way we know how, then once these programs are in place train the people that currently work in the energy industry so that unemployment doesn't sky-rocket again. Also if he would back the energy industry in this area we wouldn't have the highest unemployment percentage in the state.

Representative Ben Ray Lujan has been a strong supporter of our Navajo energy projects. The benefits of our projects well be enjoyed by non-Navajos as well.

I called Rep. Lujan and asked he not vote yes on the cap & trade bill also. After he did, I also emailed him and told him I will not vote for him in the next election and reminded him he works for us, not the President or Pelosi. How can you vote on a bill that you haven't read anyway? He, nor anyone else, has a clue what they voted for. I wish the people elected would quit being bullied by the President, or the leaders in their parties and start representing the interests of the peole they represent.

No one should be voting on anything Pertaining to Obama unless this question gets resolved.

'Luján not representing county's interests' - no joke, San Juan County and the Navajo Nation has always been a big thorn in our side as demonstrated by the following post: 'Being a nation that depends on itself is good, if the government that is running is doing good for the people. The government leading the blind isn't good. There are so many government leaders who put ideas into the people who are not educated enough to understand, but listen to what they have to say. They tell these things and make it sound so good and then they take it away from them without them even noticing it.'
