The very first post here was a Palin backer ready for her run in 2012. That poster is certainly not alone. She has many backers that will keep her in the GOP forefront for the next couple of years.... unless a more legitimate candidate comes along. To say that she's out of the "limelight" contradicts her photo-ops on the Georgia Senate campaign trail as well as the publicity circuit that will soon make her a very wealthy woman.
Personally, I think she is a threat to the Democrats - and the Republicans! Take a look at the article instead of the postings. I find it ironic that Palin is now the very thing the Republicans were claiming Obama was - a celebrity without substance. The warning and insults are coming from YOUR party currently in the seats, not from Democrats behind the woodwork.
And do please tell me what party is "MY" party... Please, im curious. Those comments are not coming from MY party.... just saying. And shhhh, dont tell anyone but uhm, yup, I read the article. Thanks.

Well, I can tell you who you supported...McCain/Palin 2008. As you used to have those exact words on your avatar. Sorry, Marko is correct on this one. Palin has made it a point to remain in the 'limelight'. For you to say otherwise is false. How many candidates invite Matt Lauer to dinner for the purpose of conducting an interview? Only one, Sarah Palin. Unfortunately, she is no smarter off the campaign trail that she was on it. Her claim of not being able to speak her mind and be herself is total fabrication. She sounds exactly the same before and after. Get over it Superwayne. The woman is a self-serving, ego driven babbling idiot. You think a gun toting, pro-life, mother of five are qualifictions for President? Then pick one of the thousands who fit that description who actually have a brain.

Yes... I did support the McCain ticket because the "other" choice, in MY opinion was far, FAR worse. I take up many issues with McCain and the republican party as a whole and in no way feel that the party represents me or my beliefs at this point in time. So, no, I am NOT a republican and my support of the GOP in the past election was of a sheer "better of the evils" mentality rather then party affiliation.

I appreciate your thoughts on Palins IQ but I disagree. Her choice to stay in the limelight "forces" you libs to keep coming to these types of threads (in general) in hordes? Again, my issue is not with her and my amusement comes from the need of the Liberal Dems to keep coming in and stating the same tired lines yet all the while spouting off about how much of a "non-issue" she is.

Your own actions prove otherwise. And I mean "you're" in the generic sense. Not specifically you as I do not track each specific poster on this site.

However.... Thank you for obviously keeping up with my posts. I am flattered.

The only thing Idiot Palin could preside over is an abortion clinic selling rape kits to 17 year olds. You Holy Rolling clowns need to look back at your CONservative Value$, un-married teens have bastards out of wedlock, of course you bastards wouldn't understand that when it comes to an oil puppet hockey mom.

The liberal democrats were afraid once she joined the ticket. She has folksy charm to go with her intelect and conservative backing. She gave McCain a chance in an election that was lost essentially over 2 years ago. The liberal media jumped all over her enexperience and has portrayed her as a ditz because there really is little to dislike about her. If the media can keep that stigma on her they figure she won't be a threat. I'm suprised by how many gullible Minnesotans there that can't see through this ruse.
After the beating she has recieved from the media, the best evidence of her credibility is that they still feel compelled to attack her! She remains a threat!

Don't flatter yourself too much. The reason I recall your avatar is not positive. You called into question my son's military service. That's something a mother does not forget.

I never call into question a persons military service. I call into question your whacked out notion of what YOU feel to be, not your sons service specifically, but the entire concept or perception of the "truth". Uhm, thanks. And I do flatter myself very much. Its rather fun.

I simply hadnt realized I was in a discussion with another code pink type of nut case. Glad you cleared that up but seeing as how you didnt respond to any actual point I made in my own post and instead chose to bless me with your identity I figure I would answer with an equally irrelevant post. Your welcome.

Oh.... and yet another example of what I am talking about. You making such a false and openly dishonest statement. You are telling me that anywhere at all in this country there exists a person who fits that discription you have illustrated above and that you would openly agree has "a brain"? By your liberal, holier then thou criteria? A gun toting, pro-life person in your mind is capable of that? Why do I feel that your telling a fib there "pinky"? At least be honest.

You bumb diluted Liberal, keep telling yourself that. Palin will beat Murkowski if she decides to run for the Senate Seat. Go Palin - Liberals cower in fear for what you stand for.

What we fear is people are going to vote for popularity, ignoring the fact there's nothing inside the beauty pageant's head to qualify her as a world leader. What we fear is another Ventura; alledged outsider, reformer, refreshing, anti-media... There are so many similiarities between the two it's dangerously scary.
