It is racist to deny Hawaiian citizenship to people born in Hawaii just because we have no "native" blood. We malama the `aina, Hawaii is our na`au, yet we are to have no voice in the new government? Auwe!

Let's say the Ceded lands on which Hawaii's US Military Bases are turned over to the Hawaiians. Who will defend Hawaii from foreign invaders? The economies here built on the military and tourism will collapse, and those who remain can go back to living off the aina and the sea.

Stupid question. The Hawaiians are only asking for what is fair. All you "out-of-touch" newcomers have no idea of what Hawaii is. It ain't the mainland. If any recognition of Hawaiian rights scare you guys that bad..go home. it's that simple. Name a country that is itching to invade this place. Funny all the people who have no respect for the original inhabitants. Make the place pilau.

Does that mean that you may go now to a tribe on the mainland and register, gain membership and have a say in the tribal government? Have you or are you making noise about that aspect of your so called "racism" too? Try doing your geneology, take it back till you find out where your "blood" is REALLY from and then go "home". simple.
