Didn't he just get finished saying last night that American can't afford all these greezy, pork-laiden bills? I could swear I heard him saying something to that affect.
What's going on?
I have seen a lot of incompetence in government over the years, but the current congress and president take the cake. We are in a sinking battleship, where the captain and the officers only have the capability of commanding a row boat.

Their continuing blundering is going to damage this country far worse the the previous administration, which did a terrible job.
I never thought that anything could be worse than the job that Bush administration did with our economy, but i was wrong. Obama is showing that his lack of experience will result in an incompetent congress to run out of control.

What's it been, 6, 7 weeks now?? To say the previous administration did a terrible job is putting it mild.

WaTimes: Obama secretly ends program that let pilots carry guns

12:48 pm on March 17, 2009 by Infidelesto
Unbelievable, everyday there’s a story about Obama making this country less safe. First he closes Gitmo, gives terrorists full rights under the Constitution, then we can can’t say “war on terror”, then we can’t say “enemy combatants”, oh and don’t dare say “Islam”.
Now Obama has secretly ended a program that let pilots carry guns:
After the September 11 attacks, commercial airline pilots were allowed to carry guns if they completed a federal-safety program. No longer would unarmed pilots be defenseless as remorseless hijackers seized control of aircraft and rammed them into buildings.
Now President Obama is quietly ending the federal firearms program, risking public safety on airlines in the name of an anti-gun ideology.
The Obama administration this past week diverted some $2 million from the pilot training program to hire more supervisory staff, who will engage in field inspections of pilots.
Thanks Obama. I’m glad your’re making sure you cut back training pilots to defend themselves while beefing up your staff of to keep those dangerous pilots in check. That’s change you can believe in.
Lots more info from the Washington Times, Read it
P.S. Where’s the MSM on this? No where to be found of course. Propaganizing America, one step at a time.

You are full of crap. And, the tragic part is that you either know you are lying or some twisted far left lunatic has "rewritten" the Nation's history which makes you seem idiotic.
What part was the lie?

I said:

Regan was a spokesperson for corporate America (literally, that was his 'acting' career)... Many of the programs that he started are exactly what led to this mess........
Private corporations looting the US economy for as much as they can get.
Bush just exaggerated the problem....
Hence why it became such a crisis..... WHEN BUSH WAS STILL PRESIDENT!!!!

This is COMMON KNOWLEDGE...

Everybody knows Regan was a spokesperson for corporate America before he became president. He was an actor in COMMERCIALS!!!

Duh.

His whole presidency was just like Bush... Pushing for de-regulation so that industry can make more money from the public.

These are facts.
Not lies....

What most conservatives don't understand, is that when you let a business run free...... they are going to do everything they can to MAKE MORE MONEY... and that money comes from the pocketbooks of working people!!!

That is how we ended up in this mess....

Rich getting richer

Poor getting poorer

and in this case....

Middle Class going poor.

The CIA (and Israeli Intelligence) WARNED HIM!!!!

Look it up... There was a memo called "Bin Laden determined to attack on US soil" .... that Bush Jr completely ignored!

You are correct that Reagan only created opportunities for citizens to succeed. Not hand outs like The Obama.

Many were incapable to stepping up and earning the rewards available to talented, responsible hard working, Americans under President Reagan.

Many will always fail. They are known as the least among us.

Spending Perspective:
$1 vs.$1,000 (thousand)
$1,000 vs.$$1,000,000 (million)
$1,000,000 vs.$1,000,000,000 (billion)
$1,000,000,000 vs.$1,000,000,000,000 (trillion)

The National debt is $11.2 Trillion

If you think of how much more you can buy with:
$1,000 then $1 - it's pretty significant. BUT,
$1 million vs spending $1 thousand is even more significant...

Just attempt to comprehend
$1 billion to $1 trillion...beyond comprehension.

I just saw a "Sonic" commercial where you can buy a great looking burger for a buck. There's a place that sells burgers for $1000 each. It's a high end place with not very many customers but it exists. The burger that I saw on tv from there didn't look any different than the one at Sonic.

Value is all in the mind.

What is expensive to somebody, is cheep to somebody else.....

Money is fictional.
Value is an illusion.

It really is just a piece of paper.

The power is has, is only because YOU give it power.
