hmmm, remains to be seen if this is just talk to make it appear he's doing something or if it actually happen. I'm betting its just talk.

The U.S. uses 25% of the world's oil production but only owns 3% of the known reserves, so it doesn't matter how much we drill here in the U.S. But global free trade rules practically require us to import foreign oil. Obama is not only spineless but is also evidently math-illiterate just like his Republican opponents. And thanks to people like Steve Pearce, THE most corrupt member of Congress, every you and I pay record prices for gasoline and oil companies make record profits.

And why not? The POS realizes it is getting close to re-election time. No other reason to bring some common sense and reality into his life. From now for the next 12 plus months we should see things happening that will make sense, finally!!!
