This is a smokescreen so Dennis Moore doesnt have to confront his constituents because he well knows he is on the wrong side of the health care debate the same way he was on cap and trade

He's probably already out because of Cap and Trade. A complete betrayal of the people in his district.

I could care less about Cap and Trade. It won't impact me in the Northeast at all. The BACKWARDS Midwest needs to get with the times and stop depending on dirty coal for all electricity needs and manufacturing jobs that can easily be outscourced.
Healthcare is the big issue here not Cap and Trade.

How are the "green" energy projects doing on the Cape?

The ISP is incorrect. I live in NH. We have one new wind farm in Sullivan County and another larger wind farm to be built in Coos County. We also have extensive electricity generated from hydro. We only have one coal plant in the entire state. Good old KC has about 12 coal units right on top of where 2.1 million people live. That is abhorent.

There is also a Nuclear Power plant South of Kansas City on the Kansas Side at Wolf Creek, and massive wind farms being built in Kansas, and Biodiesel fuel plants, and ethanol plants. But that is completely off topic to health care reform, now isn't it?

Yes, it is off-topic. Kansas is heavily reliant on coal from the big energy-industrial complex known as the Powder River Basin in WY/MT. The air is definitely not clean at all starting about Topeka and points east. Most of the old coal plants are grandfathered into the system. They pollute at far greater levels compared to even the newer coal plants.
