Why don't you try to get a real job instead of shopping for a district that is going to be vacant. Congress was not set up to be a life-time job, but to serve and give back to your country. These guys don't seem to remember that, due to all of the perks that they have awarded themselves over the past fifty years.

members of the u.s. house are not required by law or the constitution to reside within the geographical borders of the district they represent..........

that is a little known fact..........

e.g paula brooks......

Q: does it really matter where they live?...

I don't think so..........dennis K. can give the people in the state of washington excellent representation

Stay, please stay. Keep him. We'll trade him to you for a warm bowl of spit and I will personally pay the postage. Dennis can pay for his own flight out there.

Poor dennis, bits into an olive and claims that he hurt himself on an olive seed.

He continues to scr@@@w taxpayers dry.
He is too stupid to understand olives have pits.
He cannot support himself without stupid liberal voting for him.
He dyes his hair badly, sue you hairdresser.

I don't understand what the problem is. I think it would be a nice gesture to offer to help him pack his stuff and load the moving van. If everyone pitches in and helps, we will get him out of Ohio faster.

I hear Libya might be shopping for a political figure. His ideas fit better there...

Kucinich--one of the politicians with the guts to say what is wrong with America, and what we can do to fix it. It will be a real loss to Ohio if he loses his district--one of the most respected politicians in Blue America is going to be eliminated by Republican gerrymandering.

i have little use for carpetbagger politicians whether it is kucinich going to washington state or alan keyes going to illinois to run for the senate against obama in 04. if he truly wants to stay in congress he should run in the district that his house is in after the redrawing of the district map. i do wish that sooner or later ohio would grow up and abandon the current system of drawing up districts that all but guarantees gerrymandering. both sides are guilty of it and all it does is provide immunity to career politicians.

If he was so respected, why doesn't an Ohio dem rep in another district step aside and let Kucinich run.
