It most certainly will help! Big time! For the past 10+ years, Florida has been inching and climbing visibly higher on the totem pole with services for people with disabilities, all while Illinois continues to sink like the Titanic. New waivers were added, new funding was brought in that, new housing complexes and programs opened for disabled people who want to live independently, at one point, shortened the Services for people with Disabilities waiting list to as low as 13,000 people. Then in 2011, the evil traitor Rick "Kim Jong-il Junior" Scott came into power, and shot Florida right through the skull! Blasted Florida right off the totem pole, and then kicked Florida right in the hip, too.

You can not trust a Tea Party governor! They are a political catastrophe waiting to happen!
