Daughter has double breast cancer, but because she works 50 to 60 hours a week to keep her small business and family from the tax roles she can get no financial help past mamogram. It seems if you are already supported by tax payer dollars and too lazy to work you can get all the help you need. But god help the person who tries to right and cann't afford insurance. The only options are do nothing a die, or put yourself in debt for the rest of your life. Great options! Believe me any cancer fund raiser around here I will be sure to let them know exactly what the money goes for, to help researchers,( I worked in a research dept. and I know how the money is used.) not to help people who are trying. And I will never donate time or money to ACS again.
