No end in sight to 'war on women' attacks

Hardly a commercial break went by in October when Virginia voters weren't reminded of Ken Cuccinelli's far-right views on abortion and other social issues.

The Far Right need to learn that Cucci's stand on women's reproductive rights, etc. do matter - especially to women.
I know, these Far Righters, etc. also believe in small government.
See the irony, anyone?
Right----- they want small government when it benefits them. But itís not government overreach when some are demanding women seeking abortions to undergo transvaginal probes and/or ultrasounds----- invasive, unnecessary medical procedures. Guess when it comes to womenís rights, they advocate for big government. Iíd like to see them get probed because of a government mandate. Wonít last 2 seconds.

Nope, I am no victim le Jim...

Thus I am no victim because laws that would restrict some peoples choices and limit their freedom, can not be applied to me and my wife. We are kind of dull in that way.
But libertarian thought would argue that there has to be an overwhelming case made, That the publics safety or prosperity are at risk unless action is taken.... before anyones freedom and equality is compromised
In the case of restrict or making gay marriage un-equal there is no reason.

It is not a lie to expose Obama's lies. He said if you like your insurance, you can keep your insurance. He used no qualifiers; he said "period." He didn't say if the plans changed, or if Obamacare forced the plans to change you couldn't keep your insurance. He didn't say after the law, or before the law. He didn't qualify anything. He lied outrightly and outrageously to get a law no one read passed.
The top ten recipients of campaign money from insurance providers were Democrats. This is because the Obamacare law benefits insurance providers by forcing people not needing insurance to get insurance. Obamacare leaves 26 Million people without insurance and funds with taxpayer money 1.7 Billion dollars to support the additional 10 Million new insured. Do the math. Insurers love it and you get to pay for it.
Big insurance has been waiting for this day! Demoncrats have been pretending to defeat the insurance industry when in fact, it has been sleeping with Washington since the beginning. The insurance industry relies on big govt. like a harlot and her jon....or maybe that's the other way around.

There is a shortage of doctors and nurses and yet oscumma has implemented a program that will not be able to deliver. People will be forced off their policies and left with no one to treat them. This little lie has been buried and the media is relatively quiet about it. And that shortage doesn't even address the fact that many doctors will NOT even accept govt. insurance. So........you have to wonder how this scumbag will address this? The doctor draft? Perhaps, they may be forced to give away their services. Or maybe........once everyone gets forced on govt.'exchanges' the doctor will have to accept them or not have any patients. That's the way it's going to work. Welcome socialized medicine. What's more there will still be fewer doctors because the best and brightest will choose other careers. Health care will be rationed by the govt. The liberal elite will be the only people with access to better care.

People are oblivious and the damage oscumma will impose on Americans will be severe. It will affect everyone except the liberal elite, the moochers and the illegals. YOU will lose your insurance either now or in the near future, in order to provide care for the sloths of society.

A civil war may be the ultimate response although I sincerely hope the people toss out these commies and reduce the govt. before it gets out of control.

Ya know, being a woman myself, I never sensed one iotta of war like attacks from the conservative base. In fact, I never feel any gender based attacks, because I am a Human first. If women feel as though abortion stances and birth control is an attack on them personally, perhaps they should focus on being an individual first. Everything else falls in line. It's only an issue if you ignore it and allow some politician to involve themselves in it. That goes for BOTH sides of the isle.

So, how do you feel about the freedom to display a Nativity scene on private property? Seems the liberal atheists are pushing frivolous lawsuits because it insults them to see those displays of Christ's birth. Appears as thou your side of the isle wishes to trample on Religious Freedom under the guise of political correctness.

There should be no opposition to what you display on Private Property. That's why the opposition to the proposal for building a mosque in New York by Republicans was perplexing.

The Christian Right cost Romney the Presidency.
"Legitimate rape" and Rick Sanitarium's war on brith control sank the GOP with women. Before Murdock, Aiken blurted our proof of their idiocy Romney had the momentum and was closing the gap...
The Christian Right gave Obama his second term, and will destroy the GOP's ability to win in the future
I agree the Christian right has ruined the Republican party.....and if it weren't for them......oscumma would not have been elected. Now, that some of them are trying to impose more abortion restrictions further jeopordizes 2016. The only way to stop the commie/socialists from taking over Washington is to begin reducing govt. We need to elect someone who is as serious about shrinking govt. as oscumma was about growing it.

Ironically, those lunatics who want govt. to control healthcare are begging for trouble in regards to abortion. When govt. controls your healthcare, you will no longer be able to make decisions with your doctor and family. The govt. will ultimately decide if you need a new knee, an abortion or a c section. There will come a time when govt. may demand that some women should have an abortion. After all, if they can't pay their own way, why should the taxpayers be expected to cover the costs of a new baby? If I'm forced to fork over half my income to support this ridiculous program, I'm going to say make the bitch abort.

Govt controlled healthcare is not necessarily going to be good for women or their children. They are being duped by the libs although some of these moronic social conservatives are helping them along.

I agree with what you are saying they should be careful what they wish for. I can easily forsee a day when women who can't afford a baby will be forced to abort. The government will have full control over what the government will pay for especially if medicaid is the predominent health care coverage. If you notice the government and the liberals are already convincing women that it isn't really a baby anyway so there shouldn't be any big deal about abortion.

What I disagree with is Obama's election. He was unbeatable with blacks casting 97% of their votes for him and the Hispanics believing his promises of amnesty.

What you keep forgetting is the right to practice your religion which is why Georgetown should have had every right to deny bc coverage in it's health plan. The govt has no right to discriminate by giving funding to certain schools and not others based upon their right to express their religious beliefs. But all that is changing because the liberal elite have taken over. No denying the extreme right's micromanaging a woman's decision to terminate her pregnancy. This vocal few have destroyed any possiblity for fiscal conservatives to restore this nation to greatness.

Like a good commie, you think everyone should be the same. You want the rich, the comfortable or the just plain average person to hand over their paychecks to anyone who has less. You want the productive to support the parasites. This country was not founded on Robinhood principles. It broke away from an oppressive govt. then and it should break away from the same kind of oppression now.

No they weren't they were the survivers and families people who perished on 9/11. It would have been a slap in the face to them especially since so many Muslims supported the attacks. A little human decency was in order.

Women cost Republicans their elections because the social extremists have distracted the party from it's real purpose which is to reduce govt. Libertarians are growing and that will split conservatives, thus giving the libs another win in 2016. Certainly, blacks and hispanics are going to impact the vote as well although I suspect there will be some blacks disillusioned enough to not vote in 2016...especially when the hispanics encroach on their piece of the freebie pie. Women comprise of nearly half the voting population and THAT is why conservatives are going to have a tough time winning elections. Most women of child bearing age are going to be threatened and will be more apt to vote democrat due to the damage done by the extremeists. Not only that, women who have daughters will be equally threatened by restrictions imposed on them. If I were a liberal, I would have a million ways to exploit the 'fundies' to further my agenda.

I think some conservatives are concerned about how little we value life because they see where we are heading. Death panels won't seem so horrific to a society that can laugh at people who stand on the sidewalk near an abortion clinic. I truly respect their beliefs and passion for the unborn but I draw the line at much of what is going on now. On the other hand, they don't want society to be so indifferent about human life because it won't be long before the elderly will be shipped off to hospice once they reach a certain age. It's coming now that govt. is controlling our healthcare.

If women are in charge with their votes, then they will get exactly what they want. They have already managed to dehumanize the unborn children so it won't be long before the old, infirmed or incapacitated are disposed of. It is the way the culture is headed.
