Go bamy go. cut the poor people and the working people. be sure you and your govenment employees get an automatic raise. be sure the ceo's of the failing companies and the good companies get their big bonus. be sure that the 22 percent of the childredn in the greatest nation in the world go hungry. The highest number in 30 years. Let us starve the kids and throw in a few adults. that will save on medicad and medicare.
Impeach the dumb president today.

Buying cigarettes and booze or selling the cards is not assistance to the poor. 'Owning' 5 farms and living in a penthouse but collecting 10's of millions in 'farm subsidies' does not help farmers in need. The program can afford to lose some major weight. The 'farm bill' sounds good, but that is where politicans give away money for votes and it just sounds like a good thing.

What makes me angry is that the Republicans who pander to the religious right with issues like gay marriage and abortion turn around and cut aid to the poor. Christians should look at what jesus said about abortion (nothing) and homosexuality (nothing), and then look at what he said about helpin the poor.

HO ra: they always start cuts at the bottom with the poor and middle class. Wonder why?
How about starting at the top, where the big money is.
On congressman/woman makes as much in one year as a welfare person makes in 10, How about cutting the aid to Pakinstan, afgan, irag. bring the troops home, cut aid to china, somilia, yemeni , syria, lebannon, etc and cut the salaries at the top. cut the expense account and feed the hungry kids. 22 percent of the kid in the greatest nation in the world are below the poverty level. the highest in 30 years.

I agree. I wonder why Obama didn't do anything about it for the two years he had complete control over the House AND the Senate. He could have easily done something, but he didn't.

He was busy campaigning and searching out the best and brightest like Van Jones and Holder. He has promised this time, that if he gets re-elected he will bring the country together, demand open transparent government and fix the economy or he won't try for a third term.

Rosa DeLauro gains intense power from poverty. The longer the depression, the broader the poverty, the more dependents, the better for her. While she lives in the lap of luxury with tens of millions of dollars stolen through insider trading (a crime made legal by Congress), Americans are caught in a vise of unemployment and looming inflation. Who benefits when money becomes worthless? Rich Rich Rosa and her friends, who will buy abandoned farms and houses, while throwing food stamps at the masses like unclean Caesars.

This is the modern neoliberal ultramilitaristic empire. Bankrupt and immoral at the core, with swarms of starving people being thrown bread while her armies murder and strafe the other side of the world.

This is Rosa DeLauro's Amerika!
