Buck Tooth Gutierrez needs to STFU. If he doesn't like U.S. Citiznens, we'll gladly accept his citizenship and deport his butt out of OUR country!

Gutierrez clearly put latinos ahead of the law and right and wrong. I feel this makes him a racist. Your thoughts?

If any white politician behaved like guiterrez he would forced from office. This double standard, political correctness needs to stop.

Guitierrez was elected to represent the legal citizens of his district. It staggers the imagination that his constituents (who pay his salary) tolerate that he is allocating so much of his time advocating for illegal aliens.

Gutierrez does champion illegal Latinos causes in America. And he fails to see that his objectives are bad for this country. We cannot afford to feed, house, provide medical care for these people. We have millions of underprivileged Americans that go to sleep hungry every day. Why is it that foreigners who disrespected our laws are treated better than America's own citizens? Gutierrez, La Raza are wrong in pushing illegals so called rights here. If you are not and natural or naturalized American you have no rights in America, plain and simply. Leave and return to your country of origin. Apply the right way, and we will accept you into the fold.

We have tried a one time only, never again amnesty and it created more invading criminals.

1. Immigration and Reform Control Act (IRCA), 1986: A blanket amnesty for some 2.7 million ILLEGAL ALIENS

2. Section 245(i) Amnesty, 1994: A temporary rolling amnesty for 578,000 ILLEGAL ALIENS

3. Section 245(i) Extension Amnesty, 1997: An extension of the rolling amnesty created in 1994

4. Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act (NACARA) Amnesty, 1997: An amnesty for close to one million ILLEGAL ALIENS from Central America

5. Haitian Refugee Immigration Fairness Act Amnesty (HRIFA), 1998: An amnesty for 125,000 ILLEGAL ALIENS aliens from Haiti

6. Late Amnesty, 2000: An amnesty for an estimated 400,000 ILLEGAL ALIENS who claim they should have been amnestied under the 1986 IRCA amnesty

7. LIFE Act Amnesty, 2000: A reinstatement of the rolling Section 245(i) amnesty, which covered an estimated 900,000 ILLEGAL ALIENS
