The State Board is dragging its heels on this worrisome event. The investigation may be long over due in this isolated Dem stronghold that has evolved almost folktale legends around elections in the past and now in the present. Both side sof this issue have rights to be protected, but the investigation should have the highest priority and the findings should be open to the piblic. "If" Swain needs to get its political landscape leveled, then let it begin soon.
