The author thinks that Jindal will run against Landrieu if his 2nd attempt at a statewide office fails? I doubt it.
Though, I do see him running against Landrieu if he wins!(Since he cannot stay in the same job for more than 3 years.... though... I dont know if he could handle the thought of a 6 year term)

What about htat was pessimistic?
If I was a pessimist., I wouldn't be online speaking out about Jindal. I would sit and twiddle my thumbs and say "well, Jindal is going to win so there is no use doing anything about it".
