Obama 2013 budget would reduce heating aid
President Barack Obama's budget proposal for fiscal year 2013, unveiled Monday, would reduce the current level of funding for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, which helps to heat the homes of thousands of low-income residents.

Maybe residents should first sell their data phones, LCD TVs and anything else not a right, before forcing the taxpayer to pay for their bad decisions?
