Spending bill would extend health care to 9/11 responders

Congress is heartless. They have access to the best medical care and at the cost of the taxpayers for life.

Yet they drag their feet on helping first responders all while using 9/11 as a trump card whenever it suits their needs.

Doesn't Obamacare covers pre-existing conditions .... why do they need anything else??

Yes, but for employees who were already covered by contract healthcare coverage such as NYC First Responders ACA doesn't cover personnel subscriptions with healthcare insurance guaranteed by their employment contract

Good point.

Their worker's compensation should be paying for ALL their bills.

This isn't a Federal government problem. It is for NYC's Worker's comp insurance to pay.
