Jindal's plan may increase Louisiana tax on cigarettes
Bobby Jindal may recommend his own larger proposal to raise tobacco taxes. The Jindal administration has floated the idea to lawmakers for the coming legislative session that begins in April, as part of the Republican governor's proposed rewrite of the state tax code.

lay off cigarettes. put a huge tax on alcohol andgive to the rehab houses. treat the addicts and shoot the dealers.
