How come this SOB isn't in jail??

"Hiberto Apolo owns the hauling business that contracts Guzman. Apolo, originally from Ecuador, came to Louisiana looking for work after Hurricane Katrina. Now others are coming to him looking for a similar opportunity."

Obamination lets Mexican trucks and drivers go anywhere they want in the USA - without inspection or properly maintained vehicles. These criminals just don't go home.

Big rig driver. Another job Americans don't want to do? True Americans can't post bail and then go home and not face trial when they kill somebody while driving a big rig with no license or insurance.

It is not kind to say this, but when there is an infestation of uninvited guests in a country (or home), there will always be a problem if the solution is randomly applied in some areas (or rooms) and not the others.

Unless the uninvited guests are comprehensively eliminated entirely from the country (home), they will continue to thrive by going from state to state (room to room) with no end in sight.
Unless and until the Federal government begins to uniformally enforce existing immigration regulations throughout the entire country, the problem will continue to multiply exponentially.

Had the government been doing its job all along, none of these immigrants would be living in fear of deportation, because they would not have been allowed to settle in this country.

China has an effective policy: "To encourage people to report foreigners living illegally in China, the police is giving a 100 yuan reward to whistleblowers whose information successfully leads to an expulsion."

While no one is suggesting that the United States implement such a program, the Federal Government, particularly ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) should be protecting its citizens from the onslaught of uninvited guests attempting to take up residence in this country.

Of course FEMA did that - the federal government is globalist and will hire foreign workers over US workers every time. Our treasonous president has made it possible for him to call in UN troops from abroad to police the USA in case of civil unrest. We have UN troops training on US soil now and have had for decades. Obamination needs to be impeached and the UN sent back to globalist land.

LOL! Love it. We call them termites down here. There are two ways to exterminate termites because there are two different kinds of termites, and both kinds will totally destroy a home. Down here, the predominant kind sneak into one's home through tunnels of dirt or cracks in the slab (foundation). We destroy the tunnels we can see, and pour poison down holes drilled in the slab. Once the termites can't get water from their tubes, they die.

Airborn termites are another story. They don't need tubes and fly in anywhere. Entire homes infested with these buggers are encased in plastic and poison gas is blown in.

Whereas US citizens wouldn't and haven't treated illegals like termites, those in power most certainly will, eventually. Some people still actually believe that the H1N1 virus was a natural occurance because the people who made it told them so. They've re-created the Black Plague and the Spanish flu that killed millions of people in the early 20th century. AIDS/HIV is effective for genocide, as has been proven in Africa, but it works slowly. Now quick-killing viruses like ebola can be genetically targeted. It's just a matter of time.

Which is sick. Obozo cares more about these foreign nationals than he does about the safety of citizens of this country.

But, isn't the truck driver in question working for a company here in the U.S.?? So where did he get a CDL license here? That's scary -- both if he managed to get one *and* if he's driving without one.

These truck drivers make good money and citizens most certainly *will* drive trucks.

These people have no sense of right and wrong.

Quote:
"The police would come after us a lot," Guzman said. "Where we parked was the problem because they always asked us for our papers."
End Quote

The problem is getting asked for papers? Why doesn't this "good" person admit that the problem is that he is here against our immigration laws and therefore he doesn't have any papers.

How does the owner of the company that contracts this creep not get arrested and fined? It's against Federal Statutes and it's a felony. If someone commits a felony that has nothing to do with illegal aliens, they get arrested and prosecuted.

Ahhhh...even better, it appears the "employer" is also illegal:

Quote:
"The truth is here is a bit calmer, I see that. But what I hear on the news is that everyone is afraid of what's happening, so who knows? That fear could touch here too," Apolo says. "We may have to run here too, but at this stage it's beautiful in Louisiana, and we thank God that they treat us well."
End Quote

"We may have to run..." implies he's here illegally, as well...and flaunting it!

Is he *really* this stupid:

Quote:
"I don't understand, I don't understand over there what the reason is that they bother us so much
End Quote

Isn't it obvious to this moron that illegal aliens are not *wanted* and that's why they bother them so much? Go home!

U.S. and Mexico Sign Trucking Deal

By BINYAMIN APPELBAUM
Published: July 6, 2011

Quote:
Mexican truckers will be able to carry goods deep into the United States, and vice versa, under a deal signed Wednesday

In March, President Obama and the Mexican president, Felipe Calderón, agreed on a preliminary framework for compromise. Under the terms of the final deal, signed by their transportation secretaries, both sides agreed to drop their barriers for a trial period of three years.

The deal furthers the Obama administration’s goal of expanding foreign trade to support domestic growth, but it was signed quietly, with little advance notice.
End Quote

So while all other Presidents refused to do this (likely for the safety of citizens), even though the North American Free Trade Agreement called for it, other than Obozo, who decides to go through with it, at the expense of the safety of the citizens of this country.

Under the terms of the FINAL deal......kinda important sentence, would'nt you say?.....Notice, you made no mention of when this deal's framework began.....please provide that essential aspect, before dumping allover this administration? Also, my presence here, is my choice...not to establish who you take seriously or not......

If you read the whole article, you'll find all that out. It was supposed to begin 17 years ago. No other President went ahead with that aspect of the North American Free Trade Agreement. Why? Because Mexico wouldn't provide safe trucks with drivers who had passed certain requirements. This whole argument went on during Bush days, as well, and yet Bush was even bright enough (surprisingly) to not give in and go along with allowing Mexican trucks much past our border.

It doesn't matter who originally agreed to it or how long ago. What matters is that ONLY OBOZO allowed those trucks to go all over this country, with no regard for the safety of the citizens. All other Presidents refused to allow them much past the border, where they had to drop their loads off and go back to Mexico.
