Strategically, this is not such a good idea.

A candidate for political office should be required by law to disclose his or her sexual orientation.

That would hardly be ground-breaking, astonishing news nowadays.. and nobody's business, really.. If people knew what most of these politicians do in their spare time they would probably be in for a lot of surprises.. best to let sleeping dogs lie..

OK Rufus, so the two candidates are both Gay. Who ya gonna vote for? Or one's Gay and the other is a Transexual? Who's got your vote? In Miami, a few years ago, Uber Liberal, but straight, Debbie Wasserman Schulz was opposed by Conservative, gun owning, Transexual, Pilot, Donna Milo.(google) Who would you have voted for? Would you have voted for JFK (Horny John) or the almost asexual Richard Nixon? In Russia, The best ruler they ever had was Catherine the Great. who had an amazing sex life. Collecting info on and voting on the basis of someone's sex life is pure stupidity.

Not if that person is going to be voting on laws that involve homosexuality, such as SSM. Don't assume that a politician should be treated in the same regard as a private citizen.

It also depends on who is claiming "family values" and anti-LGBT policies. Those who push that agenda should expect to be held to their own professed standard.

You have the privilege of asking a candidate's views. Nothing else.

Then why are the Demorats demanding that Mitt Romney release his Income Tax returns?

So are all these Democrat/queer candidates for Congress going to do anything other than vote to borrow/counterfeit, then waste/fraud/abuse away more trillions of dollars to build more bullying homo-fascist Federal bureaucracies?
Highly unlikely.
Only in government and similarly-situated intellectually sclerotic/moribund bureaucracies infested with millions of liberal government trolls do you see the curious "professional achievement" of having publicly announced to other liberals that you're another queer and everybody better shut up, or else.

Of course not.

Meh, not bad.
I'll bet Dems only get their cocks up when proposing all their homosexual regulations upon the Boy Scouts and their parents.
Nothing excites homosexuals/"liberals " like forcing the children of normal people/the Enemy to be forced to associate with adult homosexuals, using taxpayer dollars.
You're hearing from an insider and an expert on the subject.

If there's a Congressional Black Caucus, then why isn't there a Congressional White Caucus ? If there was a Congressional White Caucus, would the Dems scream "RACISM" ?!

Democrats are suicidal. They are taking on behavior patterns much like the parties and attitudes of Europeans having their families and communities destroyed by the great Plague.

Democrats are evil. PURE EVIL. They're Marxists and they announced that their 2012 Campaign Slogan is: "Just because socialism failed in the Soviet Union doesn't mean it can't work here !:)"

Correct. The application of the Gay Agenda is supposed to be incremental and surreptitious.

I'm a Democrat, and I have asked for no such thing.

I think there are some Campaign Disclosure Laws that people make some hay about/with, but I couldn't cite a single one of them, nor give you their Code numbers.

I couldn't care less about that sort of thing.

This campaign season is going to get far uglier ... at all levels.

lolol

Hardly.

It's just stupid, though, to put yourself into a position to be blamed for stuff that you didn't do.

One has to REALLY want to be President to do that.
