Note the first house in the supplied video. The owner bought it for 450K, took out an equity loan for over a MILLION dollars, filed bankruptcy, and walked away.

IMO, that is called "stealing." The money he took is being paid back by YOU, the taxpayer.

In any case, these homes are starting to pile up as the con artists who took advantage of the unqualified loans are beginning to have action taken against them by the bank, thus extinguishing the months of free rent they've enjoyed. They're stuck with taking the money and either renting, OR they actually bidding on their own foreclosed house with the money they stole. They don't need good credit if they're paying cash. The cash from the earlier equity loan of the house. They can buy it back for cash, and at a huge discount sometimes.
There's a lot more of this to go. McMansions are next up to the plate. It's going to be very ugly next year.

My post keeps getting deleted. I guess Press Telegram doesn't believe in free speech.. Their are over 40 million illegal aliens stealing jobs from good citizens of the USA.
