He's the BIGGEST POS on the Hill. Good riddance !

Incidentally, because he has 30 years seniority, he is first in line for a chairmanship IF the Democrats regained the majority in the House in the next election. Most congresspeople would KILL for a chair of one or more committees.

Since he's not running again, he obviously thinks that the Dems will STILL be in the minority in the next congress.

Now THAT'S "CHANGE you can believe in !"
