What price safety?
Instead - we support illegal invaders and bail out Wall Street (and Freddie / Fannie, GM & Chrysler and 'Too Big To Fail' Institutions) with our tax dollars instead of protecting our infrastructure and our ecosystem.
Liberal / Socialist Doctrine. Hypocritical. Go green, but cost IS an object when protecting our wildlife and our forests.
But there's always enough money to support illegals and protect 'Golden Parachutes'.
And Government Union Pension Plans.

Of course, the Feds say this. They are union people and gotta go with the company line.
From what I heard from residents, it wasn't so much the response time so much as how they responded.

If the U.S. Forest Service is concerned about saving money and not fighting fires: They should be disbanded.

You can say that again! My owners failed to pay $75.00 insurance protection to the Fire Dept. for my safety and when I got on fire they let me burn to the ground. Where's human kind, Obama? F Y all
