O'Mara full well knows that it takes very little evidence to support a charge and that the meat of the case comes out in the trials Discovery process.

Right now the question is, based on what is known, is it more likely than not that Zimmerman did what the prosecution alleges?

The events of that evening as are known at this time are enough to sustain the prosecutions charges. Whether what is known is enough to sustain a conviction is another matter. Trial will determnine that.
