You mean ss couples are still only ever mutually sterile, pointlessly duplicate gendered halves of marriage?

At it's most basic essence, marriage is a cross cultural constraint on evolutionary mating behavior, making ss marriage an oxymoron.

SMile.

Oh, poor little KiMary-Gary, you lost ANOTHER state.

Gee, I guess the judge in Oklahoma didn't get your memo!

Keep posting your nonsense another thousand times and we'll have marriage equality for same-sex couples in all 50 states.

Keep up the good work!!

Is this for more devine intervention? Or Gas explosions?

The consolidation plan is key to generating more wealth from the land trusts, Interior Deputy Secretary David Hayes said.

"We are living with the legacy of the Dawes Act, which allotted individual Indians with interest in the trust land," he said, referring to an 1887 law that set up the trust.

There are now 4 million owners, and the figure is projected to climb to 11 million by 2030, Hayes said.

Haven't lost Oklahoma yet. A lowly district judge says it's illegal, but we'll see how it plays out on appeals. It will be years and possibly decades before this is played out. In the meantime no gaggots will be married and no out of state gaggot marriages will be recognized. God , I love a slow moving appeal. Hopefully, the dykes that filed the lawsuit will die of old age before they can be fully recognized. One can hope.

And still, no reasoned defense of real marriage.

Your solution? A hateful gay troll attack.

My solution is equal rights, and with your help we'll soon have all 50 states.

Thanks for that!

Actually the 10th circuit is fast-tracking this appeal along with the Utah case; it will be heard in Feb/Mar with a decision likely by summer.

It always amazes and amuses me how many Oklahomans are hardcore, drum-beatin', gun-totin', saber-rattlin', beer-swillin', Bible-thumpin' American patriots, until something happens at the federal level that they don't like, and even people who should know better like our numbskull governor declare, "The people of Oklahoma have voted." Even the most dyed-in-the-wool conservative constitutional lawyer or judge will tell you that the American system of government works because the federal law is the supreme law of the land, the federal executive is the supreme executive power, and the federal Supreme Court is the final arbiter of the law. You may or may not be aware that there was a constitution before the present U.S. Constitution. It was called the Articles of Confederation, and it didn't work precisely because states' rights were not checked and balanced by a strong federal authority. That's why they threw it out and tried again. There is a name for a state defying federal authority and going its own way: It's called secession. If that's what you want, go ahead and try it. You may recall what happened the last time somebody tried it. If you want to be an American, or an American state, you have to accommodate yourself to what you don't agree with as well as what you do agree with. If you disagree with that, then take that "America - Love It Or Leave It" bumper sticker off your car.

A SS couple will only ever be a mutually sterile pointlessly duplicate gendered half of marriage.

At its most basic essence, marriage is a cross cultural constraint on evolutionary mating behavior.

SS couples are a defective failure of mating behavior making SS marriage an oxymoron.

Not one damn thing you can do to change it.

Smile.

I bet Mary Fallin is stuck in meetings all day with her puppet masters trying to stop this, lol.

I find it hilarious that she speaks about the sanctity of marriage while she is on her 4th and had an affair with her bodyguard.

The problem is you assume people get married to have kids. I know a lot of married couple that have no kids. 10% of the girls in my high school were pregnant before graduating, and none of them got married lol.

Plus old people and infertile people get married all the time.
