Crime summit yields plan
Following Friday's summit, Gov. Tom Corbett says he had committed state resources to Berks County's fight on crime and that it was imperative that local officials and business leaders be engaged in the follow-up. i can't recall the last time i read an article so intriguing, with the obvious efforts put forth by all in attendance, it is my hope this will be successful for the city of reading
