There's no shortage of news this morning, so we'll dispense with the usual formalities and get right into the usual mix of gossip, half-truths and outright fabrications that, in a former position, caused me to be named one of the best in-state political bloggers by The Washington Post .

When you talk "impaired" you gotta 'mean the DEP itself! After all the money, time and mess at North Park Lake, the DEP in their brilliance, after the job is complete and the politicians took credit for spending our money, come up with the CRAP that the dam is unsafe! Sorta' makes me wonder why one of those highly paid political cronies couldn't have walked around when the lake was empty and mentioned the fact. Oh well, the Progressive government at it's best.

Pennsylvania, the 19th Century forever!
What a joke-

Wow, what a twit! The DEP is an executive branch of the REPUBLICAN administration of Tommy Corbutt, and nobody can acuse that boy of being pogressive! And the man is aided by two REPUBLICAN controlled state legislative houses, so the progressives have very little purchase in Harrisburg and state government, you foolish old man!

When the Republicans are in control- as they are now- I would agree that PA is definitely operating in the 19th century!

Civil service at the public trough answers to no one and it does not matter what administration is currently in power. Government employees for the most part are a classic example of Progressivism in motion.
