Togiola signs paperwork for a Credit Union to set up shop
Out-going Gov. Togiola Tulafono says he signed last week the permit and necessary paperwork for the Community Investment Corporation, or CIC, to begin its work setting up a new credit union in American Samoa.

I dont know why this guy thinks he should still make these very important decisions for all of us when his foot is already out the door....You have done enough damage Togiola...just get out already and leave the rest to the next admin to take care of.

Having a credit union would be great. Since BOH is leaving, and only ANZAC as the other local bank...this is welcomed news.
