I am shocked to learn that Virginia is a third world country. The fact that this rogue cop could get away with intentionally destroying the lives of four innocent people, and the District Attorney, the newspapers (not to mention the sleeping citizens of Virgina)could allow this to happen is a disgrace to the rest of America. The DA should be in jail also.
