Mental health center at Fort Madison to close

The state is closing a 200-bed mental health center at the Iowa State Penitentiary in Fort Madison, only 10 years after spending $26 million to build the facility.

People wonder why the state doesn't have money. They spend 26 million dollars on a mental health unit then close it in 10 years. I wonder how these idiots get elected.
