ALBANY, Ga.: After an analysis of thousands of financial records from schools in Dougherty County, documents have been found that show that at least 10 area schools had staff and student incentive programs but little suggests that funds were spent to reward teachers for performance on the CRCT exams.

Yep, this black school system has been found guilty of cheating on the CRCT and now they reward the schools guilty of the cheating. Pretty soon they will have a school system like Clayton, Co and Atlanta, GA. Black school systems are doomed because of the incognizant way they are managed, and the lack of emphasis on education of the children.
