Many educators go to work and put in their eighteen hours a day. How would this impact the teachers of special education and work in inclusion classes to help all students? Three degrees later, constant professional learning to promote success for all students, differentiation, classroom supplies and manipulatives bought from their own pockets. Are they to be punished for their committment for working with students due to genetic, cognitive and physical limitations?
