Consider all candidates and then pick the one best qualified. To do anything is discrimination.

Requiring a person to be chosen because of their race rather than ability is a blatant example of bigotry. Atlanta hired their school superintendents and city council members by their race and major problems followed. Look at the problems Detroit, Memphis, Detroit, DC, Baltimore, etc are having by electing leaders based upon their ethnicity. And then there was obama......Shall I continue?

This is the same thing that Obama appointee Sotomayor said when being considered for the Supreme Court.
That somehow your ethnicity makes you a better judge? This new path is blatant racism covered with liberalism to make it palletable in today's world.
Justice is blind, it does not take into account the race creed or color of the individual being tried.
Judge Allen is either implying that white male judges are incapable of giving unbiased judgements or that people of a certain color or race should be granted certain exceptions that only a judge of that same race would understand.
Either way, Allen's statement exposes his on bias and should call into question his past decisions as a judge.

Works with the Firefighter exams,

In the split 5-4 vote, a majority of the justices ruled that the city of New Haven, Connecticut, improperly threw out the results of promotional exams that officials said left too few minorities qualified.

Fukushima may have been a turning point from above? From the birth on Christ to the landing of the Mayflower, world population doubled from 250m to 500m. Now it has doubled in 50 years. But we haven't built a nuclear plant since the 1970s, and this higher energy platform when combined with an integrated economic one is how more and more people are able to exist. Don't know how much longer the worlds reserve currency can hold out which has papered over our real economic predicament.

Your thinking is the blacks in Europe are the same as in America, that isn't the case.
I am sure this mayor doesn't consider himself a African Slovenian nor does he feel entitled as American blacks do.
If American blacks are going to get anywhere they need to start with accountability for themselves and stop with the constant blaming racism for individual and cultural failure.

He might have gotten elected because he was the most qualified person running for the office, this is what I ask people to do in every election. Do research as I did on obama before I committed my vote against him. He wasn't nor is he now qualified for the office he now holds. At one time I was considering voting for Herman Cain, but even though he was more qualified I found out about his philandering with women and didn't trust him.
