Why does this not surprise me!?!! This law won't stop abortion, but it will make it a lot more expensive for poor women -- and profitable to the Perry family.

PP obviously stands to lose a fortune in TX, else Cecile Richards wouldn't be leading cheers in the TX statehouse (presumably in pink running shoes).
