Why does the media love Mitt Romney? Because Bain Capitol owns Clear Channel, thats why.

The deal in which Bain Capital became one of the owners of Clear Channel was initiated just a short time before Mitt Romney's first run for president. The following comes from Wikipedia....

On November 16, 2006, Clear Channel announced plans to go private, being bought out by two private-equity firms, Thomas H. Lee Partners and Bain Capital Partners for $18.7 billion, which is just under a 10 percent premium above its closing price of $35.36 a share on November 16 (the deal values Clear Channel at $37.60 per share).
The deal was finalized in 2008. Today, Bain Capital is still one of the primary owners of Clear Channel.

One of the subsidiaries of Clear Channel is Premiere Radio Networks.

Premiere Radio Networks distributes a whole host of conservative talk radio shows. Everyone in the conservative world knows names such as Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Glenn Beck. Clear Channel also controls some other conservative talk radio hosts (such as Michael Savage and Mark Levin) that are not part of the Premiere Radio family.

The power that Premiere Radio Networks has is absolutely staggering. The following is directly from the official Clear Channel website....

Premiere Radio Networks Inc., a subsidiary of Clear Channel Communications, syndicates 90 radio programs and services to more than 5,000 radio affiliations and reaches over 190 million listeners weekly. Premiere Radio is the number one radio network in the country and features the following personalities: Rush Limbaugh, Jim Rome, Casey Kasem, Ryan Seacrest, Glenn Beck, Bob (Kevoian) & Tom (Griswold), Delilah, Steve Harvey, Blair Garner, George Noory, John Boy and Billy, Big Tigger, Dr. Dean Edell, Bob Costas, Sean Hannity and others. Premiere is based in Sherman Oaks, California, with 13 offices nationwide.

<quoted text>Your cheap class warfare rhetoric indicates to the world that you're nothing less than a garden-variety, spineless Marxist who believes that the indolent of society have the right to plunder and pillage from those who have succeeded.
You people who ONLY repeat Fox TV have not one clue what you are talking about. Foreign aid AND welfare combined equals about ten percent of the federal budget. The military spending and Social Security and Medicare equals about 80 percent of the federal budget, and you all want SS and Medicare and a new war in Iran. And then you all say you want lower taxes and that Obama is trying to take from the rich to give to the poor. The reality is you all are doing that. If you want 80 percent of the budget spent on SS, Medicare and military spending, and half of what we spend is borrowed money, deficit spending, then you would have to raise taxes, double them in order to pay for the things you want. And, when the 80 million baby boomers go onto SS and Medicare, those two programs would use up way over 100 percent of the federal budget, and those programs are exactly same as European socialism, and you all want those programs, and those programs are the drivers of the debt and what uses up most federal tax money.

You all do not realize when you listen to the Republican debates what they are saying to you. They are telling you that you can EITHER have a war in Iran OR you can have SS and Medicare, that they want to end SS and Medicare and have a war in Iran and make you all pay a 15 percent federal income tax to pay for the oil wars and they want you to go without any government help, without SS, Medicare and Medicaid. And, once you all figure that out, you won't want a war in Iran. You will all be saying you want SS and Medicare not a war in Iran. And, that is exactly what Ron Paul is trying to tell you, that he would not have a war in Iran and that instead he would keep SS and Medicare for the people who are on it.

Did you see Santorum say last night that they have to end SS and Medicare now, that Newt is lying that he can pay everyone 55 and over SS and Medicare. He said they would run up trillions of dollars of debt to do that. And, at that point, both Newt and Romney admitted that is the truth. You can either have a war in Iran and a military that is larger than the next 17 mililtary countries combined, OR you can have your socialist entitlements, OR you can have both and you can pay twice as much taxes. Those are your REAL options.

After listening to the debate last night, I'm convinced more than ever how corrupt Gingrich is. He says all the right conservative things, but he simply doesn't have the moral fiber to be a good president. I'm also convinced that Ron Paul doesn't have what it takes to win an election. Some of his values are good, such as abolishing income tax. However, he simply can't present himself in a presidential way. His ravings are frankly embarrasssing. I'm getting really tired of Perry. He simply doesn't have what it takes. Romney is and always has been the most positive candidate... a fact that cannot be denied.

Except for Romney casually breaking election laws, at least TWICE:
First, here: Romney Paid Taxes On Utah Home As 'Primary Residence' http://www.wmur.com/politics/1497910/detail.h...
And now here: http://www.wmur.com/politics/1497910/detail.h...
PEWAUKEE, Wis.– When GOP front-runner Mitt Romney and Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., gathered at a sandwich shop in Waukesha today to drum up support for Romney in the Badger State primary, they might have been engaging in “subs-for-votes” election bribery, according to the state’s Democratic Party.
The Democratic Party of Wisconsin issued a complaint of bribery hours after the event, holding a news conference in downtown Milwaukee to air its grievances.
“It is a clear violation of Wisconsin election law, cut and dry,” the Democrat Party’s representative in Wisconsin told ABC News.
The group is filing its complaint with the state Government Accountability Board, which oversees the elections and will handle the complaint going forward.

Romney and Ryan’s event at Cousins Subs, billed by the former’s presidential campaign as an “Election Day Lunch,” was attended by a solid crowd on the day of the state’s primary.
The two politicos stood behind the store’s counter, handed out subs to a long line of people in attendance, and urged them to go vote.
“Get out and vote,” Romney urged voters in attendance at the sandwich shop.“If we have a good turnout, then I’ll become the person who receives the Wisconsin delegates that I need to go on to become the nominee and finally take back the White House.”
Poll workers in parts of Wisconsin were urged this year not to accept donuts from candidates, according to the Appleton Post-Crescent, which also reported that the Obama campaign in 2008 could not provide box lunches to election workers in Milwaukee.
The Romney campaign responded to the complaint from Wisconsin Democrats by accusing the president’s campaign of worrying more about refreshments than the economy. But it did not directly address whether the subs might have broken the law.
“President Obama and his allies keep wading in to the Republican primary, whether voting for Mitt Romney’s opponents or absurdly claiming we can’t provide refreshments for volunteers,” Romney spokesman Rick Gorka said.“If President Obama focused half his time worrying about the economy as he does obsessing over Mitt Romney, Americans would be a lot better off.”
It is illegal to distribute anything worth more than $1 “in order to induce any elector to go to or refrain from going to the polls,” according to the Wisconsin state statute.
The subs Romney and Ryan were handing out today, if bought individually from the store, cost more than $1. Sandwiches at Cousins range in price from $4.49 to $5.59.

Romney is good at cutting jobs to save and make money for his Mormon cohorts to keep them and himself wealthy and could give two $&%#Â¥ about the rest of the country as long as Mormonism can also have a strong foothold in politics too and that also includes Huntsman. Ron Paul is senile and flip flops for votes. Perry is also a liar when it comes to his self praise for job creation in Texas, which is the minimum wage state if you're not in oil or cattle. The Bushes, Paul and Perry are all from Texas and so far they've been all crooks.
