No, the "left" just cried and said they were moving to Canada after the 2000 & 2004 elections.

Right or left, if you don't like America, feel free to leave. We're overpopulated as it is. A few less morons can only make our country better.

There are only 2 states left that do not have 150 signatures to get up yet on the governments website. They are:

D.C.

https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/pea...

Vermont

https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/pea...

You do not have to be in the state to place a signature on them. There are some other great petitions on the governments website, so it's well worth taking the 5 minutes to sign up.

Seccesion yak is stupid.

Remember, the politically ignorant American families in the States that voted for Obama will suffer just as many horrific out comes as the families will suffer in the other States.

Voting for Obama won't save them from Obama. They are as screwed as every one else.

Then why don't you shut your bigoted mouth, moron. There were people in 37 states who made that comment after the election, and you bozo's single out Texas. You obviously have never been here, that's probably a good thing.
You can go back to your basement now. Let the adults talk.

Yes, dear, we voted for President Obama despite the nonsense from you folks who fixated on burfff certificates, college transcripts and the voters decided the gopher alternative of that etch-a-sketch candidate of yours was dangerous for our country.

Yes, dear, we all mourn the death of our Ambassador though some of you folks are demeaning his death with your partisan hate.

Too bad, he and our country deserves better.

Some states? You mean some sore-losers inside those states? The petition in Texas has 70,000 names on it.
How many citizens are there in Texas, 25 million?

Better idea. Why don't those 70,000 simply
give up their U.S. citizenship?

Move south? I doubt that Mexico would want their ilk and Canada has enough of its own white-trash,
redneck types.

Hmmmmmm? Where to go?

<quoted text>You mean when Patraeus testifies tomorrow or Friday? I agree. I won't be laughing though. I will be mourning for the first Ambassador lost since 1979 and how rotten our country has become with people like Obama ruining our country. It's really sad.
Yeah, like you actually care.

I am curious here. Now do not take this as a Romney thing. That guy was a piece of crap and the Republicans should have never put him up.

But, what I am curious on is, did "you" (*points finger*) do your own due diligence to find out what Obama did during his tenure in the first 4 years? Did you look at what bills he signed into law, the executive orders, the loans he took out from the Fed in the "peoples" name? All of it?

Or

Did you just listen to the TV ads, follow the DNC banner, and vote for the guy because he was the Democrat leader?

Why dom't we all march on Washington? Everyone bring their AR15's ak's ect. Theres no way in hell the police would be able to stop millions of gun owners? Obama will destroy everyone's right to legally own Firearms in our Country. We the people should take a hard stand once and for all on this very important issue.

If Texas left the union, where would all of the yankees and Californians go to find work?
I mean, those who actually want to make their own way.

Where would we find low-end drudgework or low-paying service jobs? Where would we find a job flipping burgers?

Probably have those in OUR states too, chump.

But I WOULD love to see Tex-ass leave the Union. We could invite in Puerto Rico and stay at 50 states, and improve the general tone and IQ of the nation as well!

By all means do so - start your million-gun-nut march on Washington and see how that goes.

LOL! I'll be watching on the news....:)

Yeah, because Obama & the Dems did so much to "destroy everyone's right to legally own firearms" in his first four years, especially when they had supermajorities in both the House & Senate.

More lame scary rhetoric to pump up gun sales. You must own a gun shop.

How many Libs remember this map they posted all over the internet after the 2004 election?

And now they are complaining that some conservatives are feeling the same way today that they felt in 2004?

Personally I think the Idea of seceding from the Union is dumb.
But I think the call to punish those who sign such petitions is frightening.
You have the right to petition the government over anything your heart desires no matter how outlandish.
and to call for punishing people for petitioning their government is Fascist in the extreme.

Let's see. AK-47's VS Bombs, tanks, the US Military. Good luck. I bet you won't be on the front lines. Our Marines are a pretty mean bunch, and they don't play your silly games. ONE SHOT ONE KILL!
